We offer three premium hair options:

  • Virgin Hair – Soft, unprocessed, and collected from a single donor. Great for daily wear and easy styling.
  • Thai Raw Hair – 100% raw and unprocessed, with a thicker, coarser texture. Known for its longevity, volume, and strength.
  • Brazilian Hair – Silky and versatile with a natural sheen. Blends beautifully with most hair types and holds curls exceptionally well.

All hair types are free from chemical treatments and fillers to ensure the highest quality.

2. What wig densities do you offer?

Our wigs come in various densities, with 250% density being one of our most popular for a full, luxurious look. Custom densities may be available upon request.

3. What lace options are available?

We use HD lace for a seamless, natural blend with all skin tones. Closure and frontal options include:

  • 5x5 Closure
  • 13x4 Lace Front
  • 13x6 Lace Front

4. What textures do your wigs and bundles come in?

Each hair type (Virgin, Thai Raw, and Brazilian) is available in a variety of textures, including:

  • Straight
  • Body Wave
  • Deep Wave
  • Curly
  • Loose Wave

Texture availability may vary slightly by hair type.

5. Do you offer custom wigs?

Yes! We specialize in custom wig services where you can choose the hair type (Virgin, Thai Raw, or Brazilian), lace size, cap fit, length, color, and texture. Contact us directly to start your custom order.

6. How long does shipping take?

  • Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 2–10 business days depending on your location. Custom orders, especially for Thai Raw or Brazilian units, may require 7–14 business days for processing and production.

7. Can I track my order?

  • Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

8. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please ensure all selections are correct before completing your purchase.

  • Use sulfate-free products, avoid excessive heat, and detangle gently. Each hair type may require slightly different care:

Virgin Hair: Low-maintenance; shampoo and condition regularly.

Thai Raw Hair: Use minimal products and moisturize as needed to maintain thickness.

Brazilian Hair: Holds style well; use lightweight serums to enhance shine.
