•We exclusively ship with UPS.Note: UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes
📦 Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
•Processing Time: Orders take up to 3-5 business days to process before shipping.
•Delivery Time: Once shipped, UPS delivery may take up to 14 business days, depending on your location.
•A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
•Signature required for all deliveries.

•UPS Express: 1–3 business days (location dependent)
•UPS Standard: 2–4 business days
•UPS Economy: 3–8 business days

•If a package is refused or not accepted, all return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

💰 Return Process
At Karyzma Hair LLC, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy carefully.
1. Right to Return
•Customers have the right to return eligible items for a full refund within 14 calendar days of delivery (not purchase).
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
2. Klarna Purchases (Special Conditions)
•The 14-day return policy applies only to items purchased with Klarna.
•Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging due to sanitary and hygiene reasons.
•No restocking fees, store credit, or exchanges are available for Klarna purchases. Only a refund to the original Klarna account will be issued if the return is approved.
3. Non-Klarna Purchases
•For purchases made without Klarna, returns may be accepted at the discretion of Karyzma Hair LLC, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
•Some items may not be eligible for a refund but may qualify for store credit or exchange. Details will be provided at the time of request.
4. Exclusions
•Opened, used, or tampered products (including wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, adhesives, or accessories) cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
•Clearance, sale, or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
5. Return Process
•Contact our Customer Care team at Customercare@KaryzmaHair.com within 14 days of delivery.
•Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
